HASLET -- In Haslet, 2011 could be seen as a year of both change and continuity.
The change includes the addition of a city administrator. In July, the Haslet City Council voted to hire former Colleyville marketing coordinator Ashley Stathatos to a six-month contract that expires Jan. 25. She became the first city administrator in Haslet since 2006.
"From my perspective, the addition of the city administrator has been a very big plus for the city," Mayor Bob Golden said.
